A Table Set By the Land Itself

Your meal doesn't travel miles. It comes from a few steps away.

Sunlit breakfasts, slow afternoon bites, and moonlit meals carry the freshness of the forest around you. An authentic Kumaoni thali, a riverside picnic under open skies, or a day that simply unfolds over ingredients harvested that same morning.

A Legacy Rooted in the Land Itself

Aahana was dreamt into existence by Kamal and Sunita Tripathi, a family whose roots in this region run deep — descendants of freedom fighters who came not to build a resort, but to restore the land. What was once 13.5 acres of barren earth is now a living forest of 4,500 trees and 250 bird species, tended by a team that's 99% Kumaoni.
